1.50 cups Quick oats
Baking & Spices
⅛ cup Cocoa powder
⅓ cup Granulated sugar
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure

4 oz Butter, unsalted
Liquids
⅛ cup Water

Mix all ingredients together and then roll into a little ball

Place on a plate and then into the refrigerator.

Once cooled for ½ hour roll in ½ cup icing sugar.
